Thinking outside the box a bit -

Get involved in some criminal activity a DCI would investigate, which won’t be low level; drug importation, people trafficking, domestic terrorism etc

Get arrested

Then when the DCI interviews you, you can use the opportunity to ask her the question directly. “Not going to ignore me now, are you?” Your solicitor will be a witness and her response will be on tape.

rofl I love the threads that have been posted lately. Such fantastic entertainment.

1) You don't make a direct complaint to an officer of any rank - it doesn't exist. Any such request will be ignored.

2) You have been told repeatedly to make a complaint via the correct channels which are 101 or online website. This is the only way to generate a complaint log which is then progressed.
