Seem like they have to arrest someone. Ist a tricky one because, on one hand, we have employee who blew gaff because her personal morals decided in public interest. On other hand - employed in postion of some trust - expected to keep confidentiality whilst enquiries continue... (but then probably know enough to know which direction they go in... 
In view of the nature of this case - und initial running commentary by journalists which mislead too - should really have come clean completely from start - und show public contingency plan to ensure safety of the innocent.
