I was once heading north on the M6 towards home in Cumbria. Following an Irish registered artic in Lane 3 doing about 80mph. driving

He must have been running late for the Stranraer HSS!

Are you saying Ireland isn't in the EU?
I thought southern Ireland wasn't in the EU? sorry if I got that wrong oops.. but most of the irish trucks don't appear to have them fitted..

i thought it was, sure ive heard they've suffered the euro.
your right though, they sure dont seem to have limiters.

A driver from the local dairy was sacked and whole lot of trouble with the police for 85mph on a dual carriageway in an 8 wheeler milk tanker.
