does anybody know if the BIB can take fingerprints from motorists? I thought you had to be suspected or actually arrested for a CRIMINAL offence to have this done.

Brunstrom obviously doesn't consider himself a "public servant". He is plainly unfit for his post (or any other senior appointment). Quite incredible really.

Perhaps he doesn't consider himself balanced either.

Just spent the weekend in North Wales. If anyone doubts the argument that Brunstrom's policy is counter productive I suggest they do the same.

I had three near misses with other drivers when I was looking at the speedo instead of the road. People are pulling out at give ways, at roundabouts and on dual carriageways without making proper observations because THEY are looking at their speedos. Both myself and my wife found driving in North Wales very stressful and tiring - hardly conducive to road safety. Our unfortunate relations who live there say it never eases off. You can't get used to driving like they have to.

The other thing we noticed was how many cars were driving around with no regard to the cameras etc and they were most often being driven by the baseball cap wearing tendency. Plainly the intended targets of the policy have been missed. You have to laugh or you'd cry. If any of Brunstrom's people are monitoring this website here's my message:

It's only a matter of time before there's a fatality on the roads you police and the consequences of your arrive alive campaign are cited as the prime causative agent. A court will then consider the facts when the victim's family sues NWP. You will be found at fault and the Council Tax payers of North Wales will have to foot a large bill. If you think people are becoming hostile and uncooperative with you now - you haven't seen the half of it.

Sack Brunstrom today!
