Would the feds be interested that they car was owned by someone who is from a country without a resiprical agreement on licencing?

I was only guessing on nationality. But one way or another it will be moved today.

I don't get my internet till tuesday, like I said we are new here. I am currently on my daughter netbook and don't know how to use this for pics. I can send them with mobile though if anybody wants to pm me a number so they can upload them.

Really don't know why plod wouldn't get involved?????? It's not as if the space could possibly belong to anyone else.

As stated previously I would have sorted that for you straight away. Maybe we BIB know what we're doing up here in the 'proper' North nuts

Police can only do what the law allows them to. If there are no criminal laws to prevent you from doing something, they can't do anything about stoping you.

It is lawful and so is everything I do in my duty as I don't wish to lose my livelihood and pension. It's just some of us know how to do our job; others say it's a civil matter without thinking or studying. Mind you, I have been doing this for over 22 years and I do like learning cop
