Yes, as I had complained directly to the Chief Inspector about what had happened and that the officers behind the desk at the police station was not bothered and wouldn't help.

Hence how I now got the CID involved, but like I said, that's all I can say on that matter, sorry

All I can kinda say is that they are reviewing the case papers from the guys who we're locked up in Bristol for Blackmail

Really? I imagine I'll hear about it at 0800hrs in the morning when I'm duty CID cover... In Bristol! Oops.

Make that around 1pm as that is when the officer dealing with it comes on duty

Unless he has already requested them when he left here the other night, but doubt it as it was very late

Like I have said or not said, these scumbags have chosen the wrong person to pick on, I never give into bullies and these guys are just basically modern day bullies.

Not long been in as popped into work as didn't have much else to do, and I found out that the same people had also clamped 2 more delivery drivers last night even though they we're in the correct bays, tossers

My main aim is to get my car back, but to also get these scumbags locked up!! and I will do everything that I possible can to make it happen.

So after all these weeks of letting the police handle things I hear today that they are not following on from what they said, so all those offenses that had been committed are being shown a blind eye

Then to top it all, we hear from the scum that have/had the car informing me that they had disposed of the car in question ffs!!

I understand this quite well, by the way. It is not about starting an argument but what is more telling is not the information you are giving us but the information that you are not.

What happened with the finance company by the way? (You know, the people who legally own the car) Do tell.

Anyways, the finance company have been informed about the final outcome of what has happened so we're just waiting to hear back from them at the moment.

Reason why the car was left in their compound was because we're told by the police that they would get it at some point which they have now gone back on

All my personal belongings are still with them/car and they are refusing to hold them back as well ffs!!

I have contacted various newspapers about it when it 1st happened but was told not to talk to them until it had been resolved, so I have sent an email to all the papers who we're interested about it telling them of the outcome and if they still want to run a story.

LBS somehow transferred the ownership of the car the night it was taken and Essex polices view was erm... civil matter still ffs!!

And I am 10k down and never getting the car back plus the finance company are refusing to transfer the out standing money to the new owner even though the finance is on the car and not me personally

The answer is the Police in Essex are corrupt and on the take! In fact they have wasted time! You could of got some mates, a JCB and a Land Rover and gone round to their tin shed in Camper Road and taken the car back by force!

I totally agree with you there, Essex Police didn't like it when I sujested that someone there was on the take and helping out LBS

But I have already sent a formal complaint about the investigation about the investigation or lack of an investigation!!

It was a lovely car, had withdrawal symptoms when she was taken but not missing her so much now, how odd that is!!

I have kinda replaced her with a 145QV for the moment anyway

I was out in Southend last month when me, my mate and his dad saw it parked up in a B&Q car park, so we followed it to a industrial estate just outside of Great Wakering and it was parked inside a car garage of some sort.

So phoned the police and reported it stolen and then gave statements about it the next day, and they failed to act on it because the car was not in my name anymore because LBS had transfered the ownership straight away ffs!!

So I now carry a set with me and my mate has a set so if we see her around we're just going to take it

I'd love to cause damage to LBS and their vans, but they have just vanished. Their place down Camper Road is totally cleared out as is their other places in Brook Road, Rayleigh.
