A report that there will be (very) few exceptions to the rules about public access to information held by bureaucrats anywhere....... so at last we can get the correct info to blow liars like Scamera Partnerships, Brake and Transport 2000 out of the water!!!

No you will be able to request the information and they are obliged within IIRC 20 days to reply to your request.
Only where personnal details etc are involved can the Data Protection Act be invoked - i.e. If you want to request a break down of casualties on a road over a certain stretch of time - they HAVE to give it to you.
