That website's classic! They use JavaScript to show todays date to make it look like you get it for a special price which expires tonight 
Utterly hilarious! There is no such thing as a law the Police don't want you to know. If you are so minded, go to your local library! It's all there!
If you want to find out about Police "techniques" write to your local Police Traffic Department. I can assure you they will be only too happy to tell you anything you wish to know, even where the camera vans will be and what they are set to. We often put this info. out on local radio!

This looks like a rip-off copy of a booklet called "Driving Secrets Revealed" or somethinG similar.
The wording is too similar for it to be just a coincidence.
I forget how I came across it but I did read it, thought it was midly amusing and then filed it away.
I can't imagine it will be much use to anyone.
