Easiest way to tell whether Euro or US spec C6?

Apologies for the naive question but is there any easy way to determine whether a C6 for sale is Euro or US spec without having to contact the seller of each car one by one? I am after a euro spec C6 only.

The easiest way to tell a euro car is it has headlamp washers, U.S ones don't. They don't stick out much but you can normally see them ok on pictures of the fronts of C6's.
