My car is totally stock minus a K&N air filter. Regular 95 unleaded in it too: I cannot convince myself that the Optimax really does make a difference, although I do use it on occasion.

No playing whatsoever with the rear gears (thus they should be 3.45s), no playing with nuffin! And nope, my car was not the one with an oil filter problem.

Am looking forward to Brett's vids!!! I tried to get some outside footage, but it was too windy and I was going too quickly to get anything decent...

Gotcha now ,you bought your Z of Andy Smith(know the car),good example.
Sure there is another red ZR1 in Lancashire owned by one of Andy's mates ,story was they were doing an oil&filter change and something was not right with the filter and the motor had to be rebuilt.OUCH!!

What bad luck! I mean, you do the oil+filter change to keep the motor in good nick... I'll bet they wish they never started on it!

Yeah Nige, dig out any vids you can. I can pull the vids of VHS tape or mini Dv if pos as the quality drops off with VHS.

Nope, not too far from Elvington - was on holiday this year when TOTB was on...

Will try and definitely meet up with you guys next year, but I'll be away for most of the first few months (bad weather for driving anyway) as I'll be in South Africa. Hopefully, though, I'll be outta there before their winter - and our summer - sets in...

Brett - the car immediately behind me, the same car you see behind me in the vid as we leave the car park for the parade, is Petayta's Alan, in his virtually stock, very low miles, very clean, black 95 Z. His mate (passenger) got the action on his camcorder, I know cos we watched after.
