Cliffy - you're a real mate (and excellent driver) but I'm a bit uneasy about the "jumping in with me" bit.

April 3rd it will definitely be raining!

Clouds seem to be following me everywhere I go lately: water, oil, fuel...

Maybe that's life with a Callaway...

Guy's sorry to pee on your collective bonfire yet again but I have been trying to get an electrician in to do some major wiring changes to the shop for absolutely ages and guess what, the only full weekend he is available to do this is the April 3rd/4th. It has taken him SOOOOO long to commit to this I don't want to put him off.

If possible can you guys reschedule the visit until Sat 17th April????? Promise I will buy the buscuits! What ya think??

I wont make it that weekend because I'll be in the states - so it might not rain after all

The weekend of 17 April is the AACUK meeting at Drayton Manor Park and AACI at Billing. Does anyone here go to these events?

Why these two events have to clash is beyond me - both most suffer from reduced attendance as a result. If Geoff's is on, I will go up on Saturday, stay overnight (don't worry, Geoff, not at yours) and go to Billing on the Sunday.

I was planning a trip to either the AACI or AACUK events.

Not decided which one yet, wish they'd stop there petty squabling so I could enjoy both if I should wish!. Nevermind, if they want us to choose!

Are many of you guys up for the 17th???, if so I may go with that instead.

The 18th is the CCCUK go karting. I was planning on driving to Bournemouth to pick up a rabbit hutch on the 17th as it is the only day I can do in the next 6 weeks!

I will be at Billing with a trade stand for Moving Parts. Getting there Sat pm and staying over to get up enough strength to put the stand up on my own! All visitors more than welcome, especially as I am on my own and will be very grateful for someone to keep an eye on things for a few minutes whilst I use the facilities!!!!

Billing seems to be the better show. Would there be an area for all American car Pistonheads to assemble?

The man that runs the AACI is called Harry Tune. He is a very approachable guy and very interested in encouraging people to join his club, attend shows etc. I am sure that he would entertain a suggestion. I have his details if people think that it is worthwhile
