Hi Tristram,

Although Shoebag has always been my nickname it has been altered over the years by various friends.
I answer to Shoebag, Shoe, Shoebagger, the Bag, Shoeberrybag, Shoebaggina but my closest friends know me as Janny-Shoebag.
Apparently I am the only known living Shoebag left.

I bet you are really glad you asked now.

Congratulations Jan, may you enjoy many miles in whatever set of wheels you fancy as the mood takes. Is the Skyline as good as I imagine it would be?

And, now that Nigel is finally in funds again I'm sure he'll waste no time in TT-ing the banana-mobile!

Sex change.
Just a joke in what's a humourous and hijacked thread.

P.S. Fair enough for the explanation shoebag(ger).

Hi Jaytee,

The Skyline handles like a rocket on rails. You know in the wet with the Vette or Viper you can feel the back end sliding out and you just know not to push it anymore or you will be sorry. (I know I have jumped a ditch in my old Vette.) Well the Skyline hugs the road.

The main difference I noticed from the Vette/Viper compared to the Skyline was the split second delay after flooring it before the twin turbos kick in. But when they kick in it really does shift.

Saying that I still love Snakey the best for pure aggression.

I hope life in Russia is treating you well.

I've just come out of yet another battle and happy to say, victoriously!!! Was a close one though.
Other than that, life here, with signs of Spring showing strongly, is pretty good.
I'm glad you're enjoying the Skyline, you're the only person I know who has one. Gotta get me a ride in that before you move it on, shotgun is fine.
I agree, you have to be oh so careful in the wet in the Corvette, short shifting ALL the time and I can imagine the Snake is several handfuls too.
Have a great weekend and lastly, no more ditch jumping unless you add a monster truck to your fleet!
