What do you need doing?
Assuming nothing is very worn (in terms of the casting), then everything can be refurbished at home. I would suggest starting with a good ultrasonic clean from someone like ICM (https://www.icmhome.org.uk/ultrasonic). All the other parts can be bought from somewhere like https://www.dellorto.co.uk/
All you need then is either a decent rolling road, or a wideband AFR sensor and a PC that can log the output versus RPM, and you can get the jetting, etc sorted to the optimum that a carb itself allows. Depending on how familiar you are with how a carb works, this is a great opportunity to learn more. I've just gone down this route on my old Alfa 105 with a pair of 40 DCOEs
