Does anyone know where is good for a geometry setup in the Midlands? Superlight R is great but too twitchy one the road at any speeds above 40 so need Caterham specialist who knows how to dial it down so that it's not trying to shoot me off into the hedges at any speed on a slightly bumpy road.....

Based in Shropshire.....

Try Graham Probyn at https://www.midlandraceandrally.com/

Kingstone, Near Uttoxeter.

Graham looks after my race Caterham, has set up other road biased Caterhams and has a very good understanding of all things “set up” and “handling” . Highly recommended and won’t cost the earth.

thanks folks, some good suggestions.

Graham is closest so trying there first - friendly and knowledgeable on the phone, so looking good.

Andy - tell him he owes you a beer :-)

Graham is a very good guy, very knowledgeable and very professional but he doesn’t owe me a beer, I owe him far more for the work he has done for me over the years, without charging the earth.

collected car today - it was well out, so will be having a chat with the other garage - but he's a great guy, old school, and has taken great care to set it how I want it - not how he might have it.....

Too wet and raining to test properly, but am pretty sure we've found the issues and solved them (mostly, castor angle).

so thanks for the recommendation.

Hope things are sorted for you.
