suspension adjustment

I have a 2001 roadsport with supersport suspension and have swapped 13" wheels for 14".To maintain similar ground clearance have lowered front bilstiens with no problem.rear end is not responding even with double the amount of adjustment. I drove the car(which felt fine) in the hope that it might settle, without improvement.The car has an adjustable rear anti-roll bar which I have not meddled with.Could this affect the rears resistance to adjustment? Has anyone other suggestions?
