Anyone viewed this car at Caterham South

There is a 7 for sale at Caterham South, R5 EOL is the reg. Going on the prices of private sales and other cars they have for sale this seems a tad low for a main dealer. Has anyone seen this car, is it a bit ropey? Looks ok from piccys and has a nice spec. Just curious as am interested in it.

I considered that one but decided against travelling to view it because I saw a 6sp / LSD / composite seats one for the less (although with higher mileage). Would recommend the 6spd.
