Yes, but I've only had mine a year so I haven't figured it out yet. confused My Local Esso station is fine, most are a bit slow and some are almost impossible.
Search the archives here and on Blatchat for a few answers.

Is your fuel filler on the back panel, or on top of/in the boot? Many 7's have this problem, and the only proper answer I've seen is moving the filler to the top. It's a common thing apparently.

Its on the back panel. Some people have removed the flap in the filling neck to overcome this problem.

Its a well known problem, bosh out the flap in the filler kneck. Its only held on by a coupld of welds, you can then fill as quickly as you want, and not get the filler stuck in the the cap.

Its an easy job to do, take the kneck out and then use a large screw driver smile

I top up from a 20 ltr jerry can at home. Plenty for most blats. Saves all the hassle of stopping at filling stations.

Another solution some have been known to use is a piece of flexible pipe big enough in diameter to attach to the pump nozzle, then feed that into the flap and away you go.

I used to find that if I put in the nozzle in the normal position, then twisted it round ~90deg anti-clockwise it would work more often than not. Also try filling more slowly.

Mine will soon be a vertical filler in the boot. Am hoping this will avoid shenanigans in future.

Yeah I do the same trick of turning the nozzle anti clockwise to the 3 or 4 o'clock position. It doesn't completely solve the problem but it does help alot although I filled up at a Texaco the other day and I had real issues filling up, something I don't experience with Shell, Esso etc
