I have been assembling the front suspension tonight and have run into a problem with the headlamp brackets?

The diameter of the locating rod seems slightly larger that the mount of the top of the chassis. (I have removed the grub screw) Anyone else had difficulty with this?

Any ideas?

I had to trim some of the body just below the bracket in order to create enough space to put the headlamp bracket in. On the other side a rubber mallet solved the problem.

Rubber mallet, removal of some powder coat & copper grease seemed to do the trip
