It worked on the test drive at Caterham, and all the mileage works out (HUGE document file). I remember it working as when I was in the passenger seat i was watching the 0-60, 80 times etc. and I rememeber looking at it myself. Trouble was, leaving Caterham in the car on my own for the first time, down the M25 then A3, I was too busy making sure people could see me (especially left hand drive lorries!), and didnt take my eyes off the road for a good 25 mins, when I finally looked down there was nothing! So could of been like that when I picked it up TBH.

Ah, you're fine then. It's probably just a lead come off or a broken sensor then. Providing they don't read Pistonheads hehe, CC will probably do it free of charge. Shame you don't have a jack, as it'd only take a few minutes to check it. I doubt the jack the car comes with would get it high enough to be honest (disclaimer: obviously put it on axle stands or blocks and never work under a car that's only on a jack!).
