Fuel rail setup in a std caterham

as most of mine has burnt away, can someone enlighten me as to the connections on a std rover fuel rail (as per https://www.caterhamparts.co.uk/product_info.php?p...

The end with the flat flange has the high pressure end of the fuel feed from the tank, and the end nearest the regulator is the low pressure return feed to the tank, but there are 2 more hose outlets.

1) on the top of the regulator. Where does this go?
2) near the high pressure feed end, where does this go?
