That´s one of the best pictures i´ve ever seen. It´s got so much action and feeling in it. Is it possible to get it in Hi-Res?

To my desktop As I am really interested in photography, could you give a little more detail? Or is is "professional secret"?
Sorry for the delayed response. The image is a composite, car and background were shot separately. The reason for this is to be able to light the car and have more control over the final image than had I done it car to car
Here is the schematic for the shot

Wow! Thank you very much indeed. I really like how there are no "uncomfortable" reflections all over the car or pilot, it is a superb work!
What I do not understand is the light shot through tree branches... I understand you shot the background and the car indepently, but, was the car situated at the same real spot we can see on the picture? So you took two pictures, one without the car and the other one with the car without moving the camera? That is what I understand. Is that the light producing the car shadow at its front?
Then, for the road effects, are you using virtual-rig studio? Is it something similar? Do you know of any plugins or tools for Photoshop? I am not a professional, so I cannot afford it just for hobby
Again, thank you very much for your answer. There is not many professionals sharing their techniques, so it is highly appreciated.
By the way, very nice webpage. The Japan section is quite beautiful. And you have even Carlos Sainz in People!
Yes, the car was situated in the same spot. Shot the car first then removed it to shoot background plate which was then processed through software similar to VR. The light going through the branches is to create some shadow play on the ground. What I do not understand is the light shot through tree branches... Took about an hour to take the shot and about 5 hours in post
I am afraid I don't know of any plug ins for photoshop.
There are some other famous rally drivers in there too. I used to primarily shoot rally until I was nearly killed (for the second time)

No i pad and I even span a couple round before posting , technology not my strong point !
Hmm, well if you used the volume button as the shutter button, the iPhone/iPad will orientate it upside down in the exif information, so software that don't recognize it will put the image upside down.If not that, I have no idea
