Totally know what you mean about channelling it all in to something positive. Despite it putting an end to any hope of being champion (I was for about an hour after the race
) I'm feeling really up beat for the final race at Mallory and RSB next year. Learnt a lot at the weekend and it can only make me stronger and wiser!
