To you Yarkshire and other side of Peninnes lot

Ok, I know you are a self professed geographobe, but if you're over on t' Lancashire side o Pennines, and we're over in t' Yorkshire side... where precisely is the other side of Peninnes lot hmm?

Well Ive now sorted my underwear out!

The ensemble looks quite good

Couldnt find any of those thigh length pvc boots though?

I'm sooo disappointed. This was the least you could do seeing as you aren't bringing the pink fluffy cuffs!

Actually found the necklace I want to wear ...and after a few attempts to try and fix it round my neck by myself...have managed to break the clasp.
Hoping I can get it fixed Friday...after the funeral and before work.

Amongst the single girls...can we help each other out regarding tricky necklace clasps?

I'm not very good with necklaces, but I'm not bad at 'clasping'.

Also not a single girl but want to keep that quiet.

Sort of on the border. (Foot in both Yorks and Lancs camps).

I prefer the M1 route myself but the navigator may have other ideas, (well PlanetDave?).
As we are close to the Woodhead. Mind you in a newly acquired Griff I will be taking it a bit easy. By Sunday I will be ready to take you all on! perhaps not.

Please start praying that nothing goes wrong with this now, as I would love to have the 'Tart' as it has been nicknamed in time for Btap.

new name

Woodhead???

You're only 10 mins from me (I use Woodhead every day to and from work)... shame for us not to meet up on the way across to the M1...

I mean, one 'big red throbbing beast' is a pretty impressive sight, but two of them, especially yours being a 'tart'... now that would be cool!

Are you sure I haven't just bought your car?

Red/Black Roof/black interior!!!!!!!

What time you leaving?

Two tarts in convoy then? Unless someone (remaining nameless doesn't get the pre sale done quick enough!)
(sorry not resorting to blackmail! Yet!). which means it will be the good ol' Clio.
god willing the bank to perform its computerised miracle of cash transfer as well.

Well it was in the garage last night when I was adjusting the 2-stage cooling from Spanish summer setting, to English winter setting ... oh yes, topless it is on Saturday

If you see the Northern Convoy thread in the Meetings and Events section, but basically, there's a few of us meeting at Wooley Edge services just south of J39 at 11am to leave at 11.15, with someone tagging on at Sheffield and then a brief stop at Donnington to pick up anyone else , then on to Staverley, reaching hotel somewhere between 1.30 - 2pm.

More than happy to meet you at the Ford Inn, on the right hand bend just before you drop into Holmfirth at say 10.20 or, if you don't want to do the loop up to Wooley, tag on when we go past J35a about 11.20.

Let me know if you want my mobile.
