Help with part change please :)

I have ordered a replacement for the silver trim on the passenger side of the VX220 dashboard (runs along passenger length of dash and around stereo) and am wondering how easy and how I go about replacing? The dealer just said it 'looks fairly easy' but can not tell me exactly how to do it, so any assistance would be appreciated

It's not too tricky. Basically, it's held on with double sided sticky pads and a couple of plastic lugs. I removed this section and the dash in order to fit a small sub, have a look here for some hints:
