Service info 1.2 Corsa D

Hello all
I’ve just inherited a 2009 1.2 Corsa D from a relative. I want to pass it to my girlfriend to use as a runaround.
The car is low mileage at 38k, although I suspect any form of past maintainance is non existant. Probably hasn’t been serviced in well over 5 years and there’s no history.
If I want to give the car a proper service what am I needing to do? I’m thinking:
Oil change
Oil filter
Air filter
Cambelt and water pump (or are they chain driven?)
Brake fluid
Spark plugs
Battery
Fuel filter?
Thoughts and advice appreciated!
