Corsa Warning Lights

Trying to remote diagnose my daughters car while she's away at UNI with it. Car is a 64 Plate Corsa 1.2, previous model.
Seems when driving home last night yellow warning lights started coming on, one seems to be to do with emissions and the other to do with stability control.
At the time they were going on and off, now when she starts ignition they seem to stay on but she has not driven it so not sure if they will disappear after a run.
For two faults to occur at the same time my expectation would be an electrical problem. Appreciate any feedback or anything I should check before she takes it into the garage.
