is there any replcement bolts avaliable, to replace the rusty versions supplied with the car?

just head to local hardware shop and buy there,
dirt cheap and anodised so no more rust take care on removal and refitting as encapsulated nuts in the bodywork can get pushed out of place and then nothing to screw into.
go really slow in screwing them in.
