Good to know and a fair comment.

Am looking at GTechniq Crystal Serum to make it really pop - being black it'll look sensational properly clean
Enjoy the 3secs of shininess! biggrin

I would've liked a black one but the constant need for cleaning would've driven me up the wall. It's bad enough on a white one which hides general dust and crap reasonably well.

I have Magnetic with saddle, its a really nice combo.
A man of good taste then! smile

Do you have any pics of Magnetic with the saddle, i can't find that combo in any pics?

The Velgens are lovely and are on my shortlist.
Have you looked into prices? I guess even 4 x 20" tyres will be £800, so the overall wheel/tyre package is going to be expensive (though I guess could be offset by selling the standard wheels).

So true.

Live in oz so doesn't rain much where I am, just the dust is annoying but thankfully never look that dirty here.

You're not wrong though!

Both sets of Bronze wheels look great on the S550, but i suspect it is sensitive to the body colour of the car, on Triple Yellow or Grabber blue they would look a bit odd.
Love the design though, will be on the list for mine but i have the basic upgrades to tackle first.

Black, to me, definitely looks better with the more contrasting colours.

Exhaust should be the first mod on any GT owners to do list.
I really want to change the exhaust on mine but it will be parked on my drive which is quite close to next door and because our high garden wall sits behind it creates something of an amplifier. The RS4 breathes very heavily when it starts up cold so I'm conscious that any additional noise at 6am on a Sunday morning might strain neighbourly relations! I think I'm going to have to wait, see how much noisier if at all it is before I commit to making it noisier still.

Any excuse to post of pic of mine:

Upgrades waiting to be fitted are: Roush Axle Back silencers/GT350 Track pack spoiler (in black)/Black 5.0 badges/Black GT side stripe for Lower door/sill area. Any others will have to wait a few months to let the bank balance recover.

Expensive?

Also my RS4 breathes deeply in quiet mode what's the standard for the mustang?

No I don't think they always are.

You just get a little garage remote type plipper and click to switch between quiet and the God of Thunder

The only active I know of is the Roush and that's circa £1600 fitted as it requires a whole load of the interior to be removed.

The £1600 kit is additional over the full Roush system. I'd be interested in a switchable exhaust, but not at a cost that's north of £3K. Plus that kit allows you to tailor the exhaust note exactly to your preferences. Don't think I want anything as fancy as that.
