Going for a new 17 model was a no brainer for me.

The colour had to be Grabber blue and this colour was unavailable on the 18 facelift car plus the bonus of saving almost £5k and the cheaper annual road tax of £140.
what’s not to like biggrinbiggrin

Just bought unregistered 2017 with all options, 0% deposit, 0% finance, 3k off list. Im just not sold on the looks of the 2018 having seen them in photos an in the flesh. I love the 2015-17, to me it's perfect.
As an aside, I bought one with the auto box. To be fair, I find it rather good, smooth enough and in sport mode, does a decent job of being 'sporty. It's not the fastest or dearest car I've owned, but it makes me smile more than any I've ever owned, love it!

Mind saying where from? 0% & no deposit is very tempting!

Well the wife just ordered a my18 5.0 convertible shadow line in red manual. Decent deal meant overall cost of ownership is about 10k less that a my18. Still a few around judging by calls this morning from dealers after emailing around at the weekend. Ford Uk also have 6 yellow my18 in stock not in the network yet.

I think you've got your MY17s and MY18s a bit mixed up there! wobble

Sorry for the late reply, only just checked back here, it was from Lookers in Colchester, salesman name is Craig, was great to deal with, the car is worth every penny and more!

Order placed this morning for the missus car, 2017 5.0 Triple yellow shadow edition. Get it in a couple of weeks. 0% finance and a couple of grand off from ford - basically pays the first years road tax wink

She’ll love it!!!

Although, I have just bought a Panda 4x4 so that Mrs K doesn’t put hers through a hedge backwards in winter (not that she’s a rubbish driver - more, she like to exercise the car when she can!)

My company car goes back next month and I'll be looking to get something a bit more capable for the bad weather, probably a used grand cherokee once they've done their initial depereciation smile

Thanks. I decided I needed 4 doors in the end, so no Mustang for me.
