Finally got to see the Eruption Green, happened to be parked in a compound next to a Fighter Jet Grey.

Sorry - The green is not for me. In dull light, its very Olive, it only really pops, in my opinion, in very light and direct sunlight.
There is a very good value New Eruption Green at Ford Middlesborough for those looking.

After test driving a Mach1 a couple of weeks ago I decided after deliberation I want one. The one I test drove was a Black one on for £50k that had done 10k 1 year old ex press car (which put me off a little). My budget isn’t much beyond that figure but I would prefer a new / pre reg has anyone any experience of getting decent discounts? Cheapest advertised is £60k do you think it’s realistic to get something towards £50k. It will be the most I ever paid on a car and would appreciate getting a better deal of decent finance figures ( I have the majority saved up as the plan was to get a new Focus ST but after a test drive was little underwhelmed )

I paid £54k for mine 5 months ago, I don’t think anybody’s bought a new one cheaper?

I'm considering a Mach 1, looking for a manual in Blue or Green in case anyone is selling one soon...

That green is stunning.

How important are the recaros and forged alloy options for resale? Personally I think I'd prefer to have standard seats with the benefit of heating and cooling. Do like the forged alloys though.

The alloys are a great option, you could upgrade them on a used car though.

I've had the Recaros, but spec'd the standard seats on both of my Mach 1's. Nicer leather, and the heating and cooling are worth having.

If I did, I'd be looking for £48K...

Sitting out of the market for a bit, been tracking what dealers will bid.

Downward price momentum is picking up pace

Waiting to see what availability of the new s650 Darkhorse does to divert demand also.

Still fairly sticky prices though from what I can see. Yes the S650 has hit the market so S550's should start falling in price except the S650 is really punchy on price (£56k starting for GT) and it's actually slower than the equivalent S550 both of which will prop up prices for a while yet.

I believe the Darkhorse has hit values already, as I think nearly all the allocation has been sold.

That why I thought WBAC were lowballing me…

I think it will go on the market, though.

I spec’s a DH to nearly £70k, so I don’t see the Mach 1 dropping more value, my original £48k doesn’t seem realistic ATM…
