On Ebay a Ford Dearship is taking deposits now for May delivery even quoting a estimate retail price also read the UK version is restricted power to below 450bhp? that,s lower that the Mach 1 ?
Now that most of new unregistered Mach 1's are disappearing from the Ford main dealers along with the drop in bhp on the 2024 UK cars

with no doubt a considerable price hike over the old model should help with the secondhand market on Mach 1's i would have thought.

According to my email received from Ford the bhp is quoted as 453.
Supposedly prices being released next month -maybe with then the first demo cars coming here in April / May time.
On my deposit a few weeks ago the confirmation receipt talked about delivery in March 25 !

According to the Ford Dealer that phoned me earlier today, the configurator for the 2024 Mustang, all 3 variants, will be open on Thursday 01/02.

Guessing that Ford,s have given the Mach 1 owners a recall to get them in the showroom so that they can get the sales team to talk you into the the model launch feb 2024

so just had a look at the prices on the Ford UK website for the new mustang. £55k for the GT Model (starting price) and £65k starting price for the dark horse. The Dark Horse has been gelded for the UK as its all of 8hp more than the standard GT.

Not that i could afford to or would pay that much for either model. I'll stick to my 2017 model (pretty much the same car underneath).

Would love one, bit punchy on pricing though. Wonder how long they'll be on sale in the UK for? Assuming we won't get official imports of shelby's?

Apparently, the UK cars already have build specs. You have to chose a car that you like, rather than configure one yourself.

I hear they did the same with the Mach E.

Makes sense, the website configurator let's you choose GT or dark horse, manual or auto, colour and optional seats, that's it. Looks like everything else is standard which is nice as assume high spec. It does say if you choose the optional recaro seats for 2k you lose heated/ventilated seats

According to the Ford Dealrer I spoke to today, you can spec your car and unless they have one in stock (likely to be mid-July) which matches your spec they will order you a car from the US. Might take 6 months to arrive though

“ My “ dealer has given me a build slot of end of April and said Ford had scheduled that in for RHD and were just waiting for UK Dealers to fill the slots.
