Is that large kitchen tap-like thing in the interior of a Typhon the gear stick? Just spotted it on the sleepyfish site....

I could be wrong but I think it was for some kind of a sequential shifter. Pull back to go up a gear forward to downshift. People commented on this awhile back when that car was shown.

Fear not ............... in later versions this knob has been coaxed upright.
