Nope completely forgot to save the replay after the massive glitch crash at the ring!

Thanks everyone for last night, I should be on again tonight.
Ha I think there was only 1 race I finshed infront of you (or anyone for that matter!)
I think ill get some practise using the old gears and who knows maybe 2nd to last could be on the cards tongue out

Superb bit of racing at LeMans in the aussie V8s last night. Some nice, close racing and really enjoyable! Even Luke managed to race on the actual track wink

Guys, I need to prove a point, so can you answer me this:

What car would you choose; Lamborghini Gallardo LP-570, Ferrari 458 Italia or a McLaren MP4-12C and why would you choose that one?

Edited by Petrolhead95 on Monday 23 April 19:40
MP4-12C.....because I'm not a wker
I would also go with the Mclaren, the engine is the main reason. It's been cleverly designed and produces more power per litre than almost any other car on the road. Nice looking too, and British designed and built.

9/10 people said they'd have the McLaren, I guess I'm in the minority frown

Which would you have and why?

I think the stories of engine fires and crashes have put most off of the Ferrari and supercars should really only be RWD imo.

Hi chaps. Was just wondering if the guys racing regularly use steering wheels+pedals or just the xbox controller, and if the controller, do you use the Clutch function?

I'd like to join in some time if you have a space in the club. My xbox name is CornedBeef101 (I just use the controller without clutch btw)

Cheers smile

I'd actually upset the balance and go with the Gallardo. Have always loved the styling, the noise is phenominal and although occasionally setting alight, The cockpit just seems like a very interesting place to be. Plus the noise. Oh the noise... (did I mention the noise?)

Think i agree with Cypher. I don't like the Ferrari full stop and the horror stories of electrical issues with the Mclaren have put me off that. I've liked the Gallardo ever since it came out and would have one in a heart beat especially an LP-570.

LP560 and 570 are both perfection, Ferrari too fussy and Mclaren is a bit well.... toned down.

I almost always use the controller/pad, but I do have a steering wheel and pedals. I'm nowhere near as competitive with it as I am with the pad, all assists off + manual gears and clutch, but with the wheel I need the ABS on and switch the clutch off.

I like the Lambo, the noise is something like perfection, but I'd have an R8 over the Lambo and the Ferrari. A car to live with and be able to hoon around in would have to be the Mclaren. If of course I had the money for one I'd probably have one of each and then some.

The last great looking Ferrari IMO was the 355.

I'd go one further and say that IMO, the 575 Maranello was the last beautiful Ferrari...
