Im not surprised I didn't get a mention lol. I throw time not skill at my stats hehe
Haha foobes I reckon you have a more 'bull in a china shop' approach to BF3, rather than the more clinical efficiency of Sixty and Spiritual... hehe

Having been killed by you more times than probably any other PHer though it can't be any less effective! curse

Lulz is a great player he does my head in when he is on the other team.
yes

I'd also include Sixty, Spiritual Beggar, and a couple of others in a list of '"players who are great to team up with, but make you want to throw your mouse through your screen when playing against" cursehehe
I think the general level of play of the PH lot is really good, with exception of anyone who knifes me who is of course a lucky .

Likewise about being on the other team, I always feel like a mowing down PH members repeatedly! Got some nice tags along the way though...biggrin

Been playing Karkand... I get the feeling there's a massive neon sign above my head indicating where I am all the time. My KDR has dropped massively, sometimes as low as 0.1... I don't know why.

It's quite frustrating - might go back to TDM Noshahr Canals. I feel things are more evenly matched. (For a start, I had a decent KDR... and I get close to the top of the ladder.)

Mind you, I am wondering if running around with a support machine gun and bipod in the hope I can place it on a wall isn't the best choice of weapon in rooms.

Exactly. Is there something I don't know?

It just feels like sometimes I'm running around with a big massive head that no one can miss ( like a troll doll with the bright green Mohican lol)

Do you mean the Close Quarters maps Hoofy?

I had similar problems adjusting as I've never done particularly well in short-range engagements anyway- I've always preferred staying at mid range with something like the G3A3 or KH2002.

For CQ I found the M27 IAR a solid choice for support, or the AS Val (although having not yet unlocked the extended mags I like to take the suppressed G18 as backup!). I see loads of people using the PKP, yet I cannot use that gun for toffee.

If I get really desperate while playing support on CQ maps I'll play a couple of rounds with the 870MCS shotgun. I don't feel as guilty using it as some of the auto shotguns, yet it nearly always picks up my KDR (and my confidence!) and then once I've unleashed my anger I switch back to one of the other weapons. I've racked up just over 100 kills with it, with 84% accuracy!

I think a lot of it is getting used to the maps though, as I see people dominating with just about every weapon under the sun- I'm not sure any are much better or worse than others, it's largely what you are comfortable with. (One guy the other night went 32kills for 11 deaths using the basic M16 on Ziba Tower)

Prefer the F2000 in CQ
But the KH2002 is suppose to be a good gun now since update

On for the first time in two weeks tonight.

This means I will either be refreshed and clear headed, killing everything in sight oooooorrr really rusty and wanting to throw my mouse through the screen.

Yep the F2000 is a great choice for CQ, I can't believe I've only just started using it!

The KH2002 is brilliant weapon, currently my highest scoring gun. However I don't get on so well with it in CQ. It's burst-fire only, which on the bigger open maps is perfect- coupled with the heavy barrel makes it lethal at mid to long range. However at close range I always feel at a disadvantage against someone with a full-auto weapon.

At any other range it is a beast though, equally as adept at mid-range engagements as it is for counter-sniping pesky snipers at quite unbelievable ranges. The burst fire means I often find you get headshots without even specifically aiming for them. I always stick to the heavy barrel, Reflex sight, and NO foregrip for a great all-rounder.

For Cq I either use the m416, m16a2, m5k. All equipped with red dot and fore grip.

pbsvc.exe is the diagnostic tool I think. I've had the same error message you're getting a couple of times before, running PBSVC usually sorts things out for me. (generally a clash between pnkbstra.exe and pnkbstrb.exe, iirc. fking useless program that PB is).
