I certainly hope we have a resurrection otherwise how the hell am I going to find 32 other players for matches! Commuting now, for the first time in years (apart from the last week), bloody awesome, and means I'll be able to get some serious time into bf4. Will be able to admin and help organise matches too.

Yep, stats and progress come across from PS3 to PS4 too. 
I think I've finally exhausted pretty much everything there is to do on BF3, so looking forward to some new challenges in BF4 - doubt I'll have anywhere near as much time to play 4 as I did 3 though.

To be honest I don't think there is going to be as much difference between the PS3 and PS4 version as people are expecting. BF4 on the PS3 is an end of life title which means they have had lots of practice at getting games to fully utilise the hardware. Just compare a first gen game when the PS3 first came out to any of the current crop and they are worlds apart, whereas BF4 on the PS4 is a launch title so I suspect we'll just get slightly prettier graphics and a higher player count.I've ordered my PS4, so that should come on release day. I'm with you on getting it for the PS3 first, for £10 it's a no brainer in terms of unlocking weapons etc and getting map knowledge for a month with everyone being a noob, compared to coming in a month after a lot of people and having to catch up.
