WOOHOO! After 2 or 3 goes last night I managed to steal a jet fighter with the use of a HALO jump and a load of body armour... good lord you can raise hell with that thing! It locks onto police cars as well as helis! It is now stored in my hanger for later shennanigans!
There is an easier way.Play as Franklin, steal a fast car. Drive at the front gate of the base and just before you hit the gate activate the special power mode, take the first right and then turn left and you will see a giant building. You will be able to drive in to the hangar just as your special ability runs out.
The base alarms do not sound until you get to the hangar.
There's another way.
Steal a fast car, approach the road tunnel that goes under the base at high speed from the north. leave the road just beofre the entrance to the tunnel. If you've enough speed, the earth ramp will launch you over the fence. When you land, turn left and hare around to the hanger where you can get the aircraft away before the guards can react.

just another glitch, all the modifications have dissapeared from franklins car, had it fully modded, spent thousands on it, nows it just back to standard
I had that happen to Trevor's pickup last night, all the mods I put on it have gone but it does now have poor Mr Raspberry Jam stuck to the front of it.Isn't it a bit weird that Trevor can get away scott free with murdering two people in their own apartment but not for shooting at his own truck way out in the desert

I'm not quite sure at what point MrRJ appears on it, probably after what's in the spoiler, but yea I expect that's what's deleted your mods. Odd that you get stars so easy considering shooting cans/old trucks in the desert is a standard 'murica pass time. Yesterday I ended up on 4 stars, my car got mullered and I had to run on foot to a jet ski, ended up going halfway round then down a river and then another river, two helicopters on me the whole time, able to see when I stopped or turned under a bridge, what's more I'm jet skiing up a river miles from any kind of civilisation and cop cars are coming at me from every which way, like they just happened to be parked up all along the river waiting on the off chance someone happened to do a runner up that river. The law enforcement budget in SA must be huge.

I'm not quite sure, but I think it might not appear until after you've done a certain story mission.i need it to complete my PH garage

I think the TL;DR is that they're very similar and you're unlikely to notice a difference while kicking over cows and crashing planes into police cars.
