Well I finished the main story line last night. What. A. Game!
Seriously fun and impressive. I still have so much to do though so looking forward to that and the online modes
The last heist is epic!
Has anyone started again to do the originally not-picked versions of the heists? I think I might.
Also, does anyone know if there is a way to properly explore North Yankton? Someone found the map and it is pretty big but leaving the main road in the mission makes you fail after a while, it would be good to be able to look around;
As far as I'm aware it's off limits apart from in the missions you go there.Seriously fun and impressive. I still have so much to do though so looking forward to that and the online modes

I'm 40% through now.
How the fk did people complete this game in less than 2 days? Insane.
I guess I am on my way to a mission and get side tracked by stuff which keeps me occupied for an hour.

The people who are finishing so quickly are doing all the main missions back to back, I can't see it being too much if you pull an alnighter.
I can't help stop for random stuff though. Did a random triathlon race with Franklin last night and ended up in the middle of nowhere in the N/W corner. Walking home and passed a couple of fellas trying to bury a tied up woman. Wasted them and saved here, turned out she was a mob bosses daughter and I got $50k odd for saving here. 10 minutes later crusing up the highway and noticed a 4-way shoot out in a field next to the highway. By the time I got there there were lots of dead people and 2 cases of $25k to collect.
I just can't resist that stuff and its got me killed a few times. Great fun though.

Spent a good 35-40 minutes in the shooting range with Franklin also.
I made the error of doing a 5 set tennis match. Took forever - didn't wanna quit it.

I got stuck with a game bug last night!
On the mission where you have to jump onto the train to steal the gold, a train spawned coming in the other direction each time, and 'ghosted' through the train I was riding on top of. Trouble is, the oncoming train is just as solid to me as the one I'm on, and the locomotives are taller than the train cars, so the oncoming loco kept knocking me off. Had to quit the mission and come back and do it later

afaik the 4 car lockups are safe.Quick question, is it worth buying the LS Customs with franklyn so i get free modding before i start ? Does it save you a lot of money ? Im not sure how much the place is to buy, cant remember !
And to the people completing really quick, totally ruins the game imo, this game is about steady gameplay, mucking around and getting side tracked to kill, loot and get lost !

I'm still yet to complete it, don't want to finish the story until online is launched.

I unknowingly 'found' Bigfoot, although I though it was a game glitch. I just thought his heat signal was one of the guys I was supposed to kill, but as I targeted him, he disappeared.Gassing Station | Video Games | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
