No mention of whether you can save vehicles you've stolen or only ones you've bought.

eta: because clearly I can't mention it enough, if you want to stay in the crew, add yourself to the wiki. The original "Pistonheads" crew is now PS3 only and there is a new crew called "PH speed matters" for xbox, please leave the original crew if you are on xbox.
Please also be sure to add yourself to the correct table on the wiki.
Come sunday, anyone not on the PS3 table on the wiki will be kicked from the original group because it is full and there are people waiting to join.
Obviously if it turns out we really do have over 300 playstationers wanting to join we will create an overflow crew but as there are currently only 106 on the wiki there is no clear picture.

p.s. those of you who have added yourself to the wiki since the social club column was added and haven't listed a social club name, please either join social club if you haven't already and put your name in or if you're not joining social club put n/a in there so I can be sure. (but it's really worth joining as you will get matched up to PHfriends without having to add them all)
It's much easier for me to check who should or shouldn't be in the crew if I know for definite what your social club name is rather than having to guess, I might even be able to work out who's on social club but can't join the crew because it's full.

tl;dr Add yourself to the wiki, including social club name.
(and if you can't for some reason, ask here and I'll gladly do it)

Death count may be quite high though.

Cheers, you can always save the game just before you go in, and reload if you cant get it.

Remember to roll to try and avoid missiles and stay low.

Also, use trevors special ability if you start getting shot at alot, make sure you are fully armoured up as well.

Where is the jet on the base, managed to jump in using the car over the fence method as Frankli, then couldn't find the bloody thing before I got blown to pieces!!

once in the army base there's a trench between the inner and outer fence, if you hide down there you can lose the stars (although sometimes foot soldiers will come in looking for you).
now I'm in there, with one of the army lorry cabs and no stars. the only trouble is, to get out I have to go through one of the gates, instant five stars.
not the fastest get away vehicle.
anyone know any tactics?
if I go out the front gate I can get to a little stream tunnel under a road and avoid the choppers but never seem to actually shake the cops.

can the cargobob be used to hook any car at any time? I'm guessing no.
even if I tried switching character to do that I'd probably end up back in bed when I switched back.

As mentioned before, sticky bombs, traffic and trains are a great help! Doesn't cope with tank tracks to well either, but this all lasts for just a few moments before 'chop is back at your house' message appears again!

I've managed to get hold of an original 360 with the 10GB drive iirc?! Is that right?

Will I be able to install gta5 on it?

eta - I might mean 20GB according to wiki 20GB was the smallest HDD capacity!

But 8 < 10 so uh, maybe.

Anyone know how to activate the message at the top of mount chiliad? It says 'come back when your story is complete' so having completed the story and side missions with each player I have gone back with each different player but nothing happens?!?!

I believe it has to be raining and 3am for the UFO to appear

Also I think you have to have 100% of the game done. As in everything. Not just the main story.

Also how do you get paid for doing the nuclear waste submarine mission, done them all in one go (which takes forever and is pointless) and haven't been paid anything :/

You get paid per barrel and get one final payment when all is collected

Depends which way you go.

Over the bridge, you go to the left of the big building and on the right of the main runway the jet sits inside a panelled area, between the runway and the road infront of the buildings on the right.

If you come in from the back, take the first right then the first left and the main hanger infront of you has a fighter jet in as well.

I kept going in the back way with a big rig, took the shots from rifle fire well, then hopped into the jet. Used his special power to get in the jet as he takes a while to hit the cockpit open.
You need to be careful not to hit anything with the jet and it won't clear vehicles etc so try no to damage the wings, it needs very short run up to take off though, when you have some space infront of you, mash the throttle, pull back and hope you have space. Sometimes you can bounce off a jeep and it helps you take off.

Remember you can blow up vehicles with the machine gun or missiles with X and square to switch between them as soon as you are in.

They will shoot missiles at you as well, so if you hear a beeping noise, get ready to do something evasive and stay low.

Oh, well I didn't! I did it with franklin, does that matter? He had £26k when I started the waste collection missions and he had the same when I had finished, it said 30/30 collected and I got the achievement but no money, I even drove the sub back to the pier to dock it but nothing there either.
