Bombing along on a motorbike in a crap shirt to the sound of Flock of Seagulls
It's funny how one piece of music can become so synonymous with a game, but I can't hear that song without picturing myself tearing out of the gates of your drug-dealer mansion in the Comet and heading off to cause some mayhem http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJ7NVjZ-Eyg
I think I pumped about 100 hours into SA but I dont think I actually did many of the missions. I would just drive around listening to the music.
"...cause I love a rainy night...."
I played GTA IV recently again and with the current generation of games out it is starting to look dated. Looking forward to the new one.

Ok, out comes the PSP! I've not got a PS2 anymore, so I'll have to survive with the sub-par PSP version.
The first two are definately my fave games.
I remember taking turns playing the 10min demo on the pc when I was about 9 or 10 with a friend we used to go on 'rampages' seeing who'd score the most points before the time ran out or the police caught us.
My fave way was stealing something big such as a petrol tanker bus or fire engine etc and speeding down one of the main big streets casuing as much mayhem as possible.
Gta was the main game for stayovers for the next few years.
Anyone remember the awful (imo) clones the getaway and true crime??

I had always played the 'original top down GTA's and GTAIII round mates houses. I bought and played VC and SA almost non-stop for months at a time. I remember actually running home from school to play SA soon after I'd bought it as I was infatuated. I never really got on with GTA IV. Seemed to have lost the humour and charm from the previous games. Unsure whether I'll try 5.
Is there anyway to get SA on PS3?

If only. I'd buy it right away! I'm with you on GTA4, too (even though I've just bought it again). I never really clicked what it was before, but I think the loss of humour is a HUGE part of why I didn't like it.Is there anyway to get SA on PS3?

Just started playing The Ballad Of Gay Tony.
Much better than GTA 4. Don't forget to visit the lass in the nightclub office a few times Pooky67 said:

I'm with you, SA had that something. I always felt 4 was missing that something, but couldn't put my finger on it. Hopefully 5 will be like SA but with better graphics. I hope.Is there anyway to get SA on PS3?
