The daily tasks list where you hand stuff in for currency did say something like "coming next: something hot", before it disappeared.

Two new characters to buy - Brutus (the yellow bandit) and the Prospector. No tasks, mjst animation for each. Not worth the 75 donuts.

You only battle friends once every 24 hours (3 battles in that time period) so only takes 5 minutes.

Once you're done, and have everything you want, don't fight any more home battles, click on the orphan alley every four hours and free them but save them for the second event and fight them then.

I've seem to have a bug with orphan alley this time round as I've had criminals spawning much faster than every four hours... As a result I have already managed to get stretch dude as I've always had battles to fight.

Anyone else had a similar 'issue'?

No. I haven't played part 2 as much as I wanted to because of annoying things to do like work . Not far off getting the helicopter, might get it tonight or in the morning if I keep at it.
