RE: Chopper mission, I was really lucky.

When I got out of the water and made it to the village, I stuck to the left until I came across a dog which alerted everyone. Then I just legged it and made it to the chopper.

Having watched the videos of others I realise I have got FA in the way of skills, no knife throwing, I still have to manually loot bodies, should I have the wing suit by now?

What am I doing wrong, how do I skill up?

You don't get the wingsuit until you reach the second island.

As for skilling up, it's in the Skills menu option, in the same area as Crafting, etc.

I know, but some are locked, others have a blue border yet I can see the tutorial but don't work, is it purely xp points that earn you skills?

No. On the vanilla game, some are locked until certain key points in the storyline. For example, most skills are locked until after you first meet Citra.

The Swartz Mod Compilation on the PC removes this though.

Be warned, it makes other games st. Tomb raider and bioshock are collecting dust on the shelf even though I have finished with FC3.

TBH, I've really struggled to find a new game i like for a long time. I'm just trying to find stop gaps until GTA5

I got batman arkham city and Reckoning Knights of Amalur for £20 from GAME on saturday - should both prove a challenge.

KOA so far is quite good, I tried Gods of War and found it to be shockingly bad.
