Why are all ETS2 mods behind bloody adfly links? When sites start badgering you that you must accept cookies, must run adobe flash and must sit through their pointless crappy adverts, it just strengthens my resolve not to.

No oversized trailers for me then, but hey ho.

Ill be downloading that when im home! My first mod on the game, should be perfect for tonights playing, just 2k off buying my first owner driver truck, I have 5 with staff, all Scania's, im buying a 700hp Globetrotter!! Level 14 will be unlocked, hell yes!

Does anyone find that the engine retarder only works when you use the brakes?. Thought it might be a euro truck thing or maybe I don't have it set properly.

I havent used the retarder much to be honest

Have used the retarder on some long downhill sections and it seems to work fine. Doesn't slow you down like the brakes but it certainly keeps a check on things.

Also used it on motorway exits where you have to get down to 40 for a curve and prevents me from over braking to below 40 and thus having a struggle on the climb back up to the other on slip. Momentum is everything.

can any one tell me how to unlock the last 2 slots in my garage. i have upgraded it, i have 5 trucks in it but theres still 2 slots locked.

That's where it shows the truck and driver details when you click on one of the slots, that confused me the first time Just lazy programming only having one "empty" background image for when there's no image displayed, it'd only take a minute in the code and to remove the padlock from the texture...
