Can someone give me some ideas on good beginners cars please?
I bought a 458 yesterday and at standard it was near impossible to drive are they any good? I tuned it in A class it was better but not good. What sort of settings do you have on toe camber and caster and does it make much of a difference?

Start from the bottom and work up. Get used to a track or two then just practice, practice and practice! I bought a 458 yesterday and at standard it was near impossible to drive are they any good? I use Road Atlanta as my proving ground for new vehicles. Treat it almost like driving a track day in a borrowed car to start with and try and gradually improve those lap times. The Subaru BRZ is a good car to start off with.
Setup makes a lot of difference but you're best finding your feet in the standard car first. When you do decide to move on press Y on the tuning screen to test setups as you can alter the setup from the pause menu which is very helpful. I'd suggest getting a BRZ get used to it then stick race suspension and a diff on it and just mess around with it for a bit. Don't get into engine tuning until you're happy with how to alter the balance of the car by using diff and suspension settings.
