Nope. You have

Robert McReady, who was Mayor of Little Lamplight in FO3
Madison Li, who worked at Rivet City in FO3
Elder Maxson, who was a young boy in FO3
Liberty Prime
Harold, who was in FO1, 2 and 3 (he's a tree in FO3)
Dr Henry, who was in FO2 and NV
Marcus in FO2 and NV

Plus lots of people who have been named but didn't appear.
And Tandi, who was in 1 and 2
Fair enough! She was certianly one of the more memorable NPCs in Fallout 3. Especially how she was completely oblivious to her neighbours' attempts to sleep with her, and you could trick him with the promise of a threesome laugh

Yes, the radiation is bloody stupid. it's easily the hardest of the zones.

Fortunately I carry at least 20 Rad X and 20 Rad away at a time but still.....

Got a bit bored with the Nuka Place to be fair and instead went off to the Far Harbour quest instead...

Be nice to see one set outside the USA as well. Since there's no long range communication they could create whatever factions and wildlife they wanted to
Imagine the evil beasties in an Australia version eek

Be cheap development too seeing as the country is already like a Fallout game hehe

The Ukrainian and Russian based S.T.A.L.K.E.R and Metro franchises of post-apocalyptic Fallout type games.

I guess really only the USA and Russia would provide the best post apocalyptic locations as they would be hit the hardest. Australia doesn't need any mutations, it's dangerous enough already.

A mutant one of these would be enough to have Deathclaws crying to their mummy!

Got all the Nuka World achievements now, getting 100,000 tickets was really tedious. Realised early on there's no way to get the raider settlements without messing up my existing ones and annoying everyone which is a shame. Doesn't seem to be any real way to use the rides once the power is back on, which would have been a nice touch. Still a good bit of DLC though. Now I have every achivement I can finally have some fun with the mods

The Nuka Galaxy one does work properly, you can just hop on.

I made sure to make a save of just before I had to make the good/evil choice, so once I have the achievement I'll go back to that one and murder everyone (which is the "good" choice).

Just had a raider attack which I had to "help" with. Arrived to see 5 raiders insta-killed by my two Missile towers........ That didn't last long....

Oh, kind of spoiler - but Nuka World, can I just kill all the raiders to free the traders?

I had the same thought, and googled it last night. It sounds like there is a tipping point where you can complete most of the raider factions individual quests, and then you are asked to do some "proper nasty stuff in the commonwealth" which if you complete, sort of seals your fate. However, choose not to, and you can still kill off the raiders and be the hero.

I should point out, im not there yet, but have just started clearing out the exhibits and have been asked to start putting up flags. I too am hoping i can kill off all 3 raider groups.

I take it you spoke to the medic/prisoner in the market and got her mission activated? If so, then certainly you can kill them off - but i wanted to maximise my gameplay/XP prior to getting to that.

Don't think it activated a mission, will try again.

Just don't like the idea of my spending all this time "saving" people only for these feckers to hunt them down..A bit like Fallout 3 when I wiped out the slavers....

I haven't got round to playing this DLC yet, despite having it via the Season Pass. I suppose I should. And the Vault Dweller DLC.
