PH Forza 5 TVR Sagaris A675 set build championship
Discussion
Hi all, its taken me a while but hopefully I've come up with an idea for a follow up to the BTCC championship!
I felt that something RWD with a bit of oomph was needed but as I'm utterly crap with slidy RWD stuff it wasn't easy. However, I happily came up with a build for the Sagaris that's easy enough for even me to drive without ending in up facing backwards every other corner
As people are busy having hols at the moment I'll wait a few weeks til we start. The race format will be the same as the BTCC as that seemed to work well.
The build is heavily biased towards grip so with a bit of tuning you should have something useable and bloody good fun that also sounds awesome!
The build:
Forza aero front and rear
Race tyres 275 Front, 295 rear
Wheels: sport rim style, SA-70, 18" diameter front, 19" diameter rear
Drivetrain: race clutch, race transmission, sport driveline, race differential
Platform and handling: race brakes, race springs, race front and rear anti-roll bars, race roll cage, sport race reduction.
Engine: race flywheel
You should end up with A675 PI
Speed 6.3
Handling 6.0
Acceleration 8.6
Launch 8.7
Braking 6.4
406bhp
349lbs-ft
Weight 2281lbs
If you can't be arsed to throw a tune together and just want to try the car I've shared the tune I've used to test the idea out. Try it, I think you'll be surprised by just how driveable this car is.
If enough people are interested we'll sort out a test session next week.
Look forward to racing with you guys again

I may be a bit thick but where do I get this from. Cant see it at the minute, but the game is only 66% through updating so it may be in once it completes! But why the juddering fk does it need a 16 GB update!!!!!
It needs 16gb worth of updates because they have added several tracks (free!!) and cars (not free) plus a few improvements that the game desperately needed.I'm assuming this is the first time you've played Forza 5?

Its a fun game, but seriously lacking in community. The lobbies are also frequented by total cocks! LolStill downloading!!!!
I'm on days off from Tuesday, send me a message and I'll join you in a party and show you around mate.
Don't forget to sign in to forzamotorsports.net to collect your rewards as you should get enough to get you started in a couple of different classes
Downloaded and tried it out last night, excellent car to drive and very nimble, for a TVR . Easy to drive hard to master, it felt to me like you could drive it all day at about 90% and it will do what you want but go beyond that point and its waiting to catch you out. Fighting for places in a close race could get interesting . anyway i'm in
