Bang on. It might be proc gen wizardry but they all look identical. Give me some well designed planet surfaces in the style of Destiny any day.

Is that Liam Neeson voicing the new trailer?

edit: Oh it's Rutger Hauer? I did think it was going all Roy Batty at first

I agree that we shouldn't set expectations so high for a game, Star Citizen I believe is suffering big time from people setting the bar so high. However, at the same time there is nothing wrong with being excited for what it could turn out to be but it all just has to be measured.

The game is out in June on PC and PS4 (Wooo!)

The crafting system is a bit like Minecraft survival mode. You need to find and make materials to get anything other than the basics when you start.

As well as the wildlife on the planets that look like funny coloured leopards/birds/dinosaurs/something from Avatar, there are intelligent aliens in the game to trade with, attack, or whatever, and they have their own languages, which you can't understand when you first meet them.

It's still ridiculously massive.

"Hands on" reviews now from IGN, Kotaku etc. None of them still able to describe what the point is.

To find the center of the universe, apparently.

They don't mention Steam on the links above, it's just appeared on there in the last 24hrs with a pre-purchase price which is what I'm flagging up. For anyone who might be wanting to do so. smile

I have been following it, so to have something concrete rather than June or this Summer is good. I don't want it to be another continually delayed game.

Rubbish.

More interested in this than any game in a long time, but don't think I'll be pre-ordering. Doubtless it's a fantastic concept, but want to see the execution first...

Surely killing him would only delay it further?

Just pre-ordered, hope it is as good as it sounds, maybe the game that causes me to finally eject Destiny?

What argument would Sky have for suing this video game developer ffs?
