Suppose I'm basing this off my understanding that they've already cut some suggested changes- we were supposed to be able to walk from the "tower" into the world and missions (at least Earth missions) a la The Division but this seems to have been cut. So what are we left with? A re-skinned Tower. Hmmmmmmmm. Not a big deal I accept but what else will not be delivered?

Good stuff Singh, looking forward to many I am trying not to get too hyped for this but even with the amount of stuff dropped it still looks good, although after watching the 4K 60 FPS PC gameplay a platform switch is tempting but that would mean building a gaming rig, changing monitors in the study and probably pissing my wife off massively and then just using PS4 anyway as thats where everyone I know plays.

Actually, I'll have you know, that "my" cabinet has just been activated for fibre.
So there I was. Calling Sky. Expecting 60mb at least. Finally able to stream Netflix 4K. Finally. FINALLY.

4K streaming probably ain't going to happen but, Netflix HD streams perfectly over about 10mb....

It is- I find HDR to be a bigger deal than 4k in all honesty. As for Netflix, I'm looking forward to seeing what the fuss is about- have earmarked House of Cards and that one with the creepy kids. Happy to hear suggestions.

Be prepared to wade through quite a bit of dross to find the good stuff but, it is on there somewhere. Breaking Bad really is 'must watch' TV. House of Cards also excellent, especially the first couple of seasons. Loads of other stuff too, check out 'Narcos'. Lots of popcorn movies too although, mostly a few years old though ('cos licensing innit)

The full Destiny 2 game is alleged to be 68Gb, the beta won't be anywhere near that I wouldn't have thought. PS4 will be switched on tonight though to try a pick up the pre-load if it happens (the download whilst in standby doesn't work reliably for me, PS4 seems to disconnect from wifi even when I have it set so that it shouldn't)
