Managed to 3 man the last one too, it moves a day each week when it occurs, i have one on Sunday then another the next Monday,

Luckily, I had been stockpiling 2km eggs, just incase I got another "Hatch 5 eggs for a Chansey" research task.

I did them all yesterday, and my dog slept very well last night.

I'm not sure if this is tied to the current events, but I just caught a cp3198 (now cp3249 after power up) Tyranitar in the wild. Considering my others have been levelled up, mostly from raids or evolutions (Gyrados 2846, Vaporeon 2675, Snorlax 2663, Donphan 2640) then this Tyranitar is an absolute monster. It's health just showed up as ??? on the fight screen. Took 4 golden razzes + Ultra ball + curved + great throws to catch it. I was worried that it would just run off. Oh and it was a new monster type for me too.

Stats are okay, as it is described as "strong, defense is its strongest feature, excellent stats" with XL size (does size actually have any effect though?). I guess it'll mostly be used as a Gym defender.

Tyranitar is excellent against a lot of things mainly mewtwo with the 2 dark moves bite&crunch. This gives them a boost from STAB.

The size makes no difference, at the moment. He's an OK gym Defender but any machamp will tear it down.

I've powered 12 tyranitar to 35 (6 of them 40), one of my most useful set of pokemon.

I'll keep an eye out for Tyranitars then. I have one that is very good IV, maxed to Level 40. He kicks ass in gyms and raids.

I need more Beldums really, as my Metagross is very high IV and the better moveset. He'll be even high CP when maxed, but I have hundreds of KM to walk him if that's how I get all the candy...

Beware of breakpoints when powering up if your are short on candy/stardust. You are better having a 6 at 30 than 1 at 40 and 5 at 20.

I think there must have been a few Tyranitar spawns today, I noticed quite a few gyms in Leeds centre being defended by them, something I hadn't noticed before. Shame about the trading task. Unless I fire up the spoofer and/ or find another local person, then I can't see a trade happening.

Just a reminder for those on the celebi quests that she walking your eevee 10km it must be your buddy still when you evolve to espeon/umbreon.

Few of my local. Players have removed from buddy and evolved later which then results in a random eeveelution .
