Has anyone seen this little thing that's being released in November? Pretty much an updated NES with 30 pre-loaded games (but no cartridge slot) and HDMI connection, all for £50. Bargain!

Sega are releasing one also, I want both, however, before that I want to see specs, specifically I want to see an SD card slot so that we can add games to it over time.

No SD slot or additional storage on the Nintendo, Save game function only.

Definitely getting one of these. I

I expect it to be the best £50 I have spent - hours of fun.

Mine arrived on time and I have (as predicted) enjoyed hours and hours of retro gaming. The only criticism I have is the cables are too short but that is easily remediable but unless you do you are very close to the TV.

Really hope they decide to launch a mini SNES.

Yeah, agree on the cables and also no power supply!

Would love to know where you can get one from. Nintendo's supply is beyond a joke.

I've been looking for weeks, there's none in the UK
Annoyingly Nintendo said last week "the supply issues have been largely addressed"

The market had very little supply vs. demand we put a few thousand into the national retailers and they went within days.

But that's the gaming industry for you, loads of what you don't want and very little of what you do.

Err, just get a Raspberry Pi...unless of course you want to wait weeks or months and pay over the odds for a plastic case.

production to europe is now going to stop apparently, bit of a joke that nintendo doesn't want money.

reminds me of being a kid and trying to buy a virtual pet

That's not good. Where'd you hear that from?
