Alien Isolation, Dragon Age inquisition and the Metro Redux collection are all good single player games.
Alien is a survival horror game set after the original movie. It really captures the feel of the film and is properly scary. Dragon age is an old school fantasy RPG, it's bloody massive and it can be a bit intimidating if you've not played the earlier games. There's a lot to get your teeth into though. Metro Redux is a collection of two games that came out a few years ago but got polished up and rereleased for the new consoles. Their FPSs with a little bit of RPG. If you liked the post apocalypse feel of fallout, you should enjoy them.

I don't care for online MP'ers either and always go for single-player focuses games.
If you want to stick the the same kind of mechanics, Uncharted 4 is made by the same studio and supposedly very good (haven't played it myself) otherwise I'd recoomend Far Cry 4, DOOM, Mirror's Edge Catalyst, Metro (you can get the combo pack with the new and remastered old game for pittance) and Wolfenstien New Order/Old Blood.

anything with a bit of thought, stealth and strategy but the odd shoot up too.
I used to love the mass effect series on ps3.
I get quite bad motion sickness induced with certain video games so have to be careful or play for very sort duration if not.
Tomb raider made me physically ill at times for instance lol!
